Data protection

The protection of personal data, at the time of initial collection, processing and usage while your stay on our website is a very important issue for us. Your data will be protected according to legal matters. Hereafter you will find all the necessary informations about the data collected while the visit of our website and how the data is used:

1. Collection and processing of data:
Every access of our website and every processing request will be protocolled. The storage of this data serves for internal and statistical purposes.
We record: Name of the accessed files, date and time of access, transfered volume of data, report of successful retrieval, webbrowser and requesting domain.

Further more the IP addresses are protocolled.

Advanced personal data are only stored, when they are subject to a voluntary basis i.e. initial registering or in the case of enquiries.

2. Usage and distribution of personal data
In case of submitting personal data to us, we only use it for anwering questions, processing of contracts or technical administration.

Personal data is forwarded to third parties only in cases, when the data is necessary for processing contracts, i.e. forwarding data in the case of orders to suppliers, in the case of invoicing or when you have agreed to do so. The right can be canceled by you at any time.

We erase personal data, in the case of a cancellation of the right to store it or when it is not necessary to store the data anymore. Furthermore we erase the data in case of legal violations.

3. Right to information
Upon written request we inform you about stored data connected to your person.

We are endeavoured by technical and organisatorical means, to store personal data in a way that is most safe. In the case of communicating via email we can not ensure the total data protection. For this reason we recommend to use normal mail.
